Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime Smartphone released with 3300mAh Battery

The Smartphone is now listed on the official website of Samsung’s Vietnam website and is reported to be available in retail outlets soon.

Samsung has just officially launched its new Galaxy J7 Prime smartphone for the Vietnamese market. The company has not revealed its plans of launching the smartphone in other global markets. The handset is equipped with a 32GB internal storage, that can be expandable storage later of up to 256GB Via. micro SD Card.

The specs of the new model include a faster octa-core Exynos 7880 processor backed by a Mali-T830 GPU and 3GB of RAM, a hardware configuration that gave a score of 814 in the single-core test and 4396 in the multi-core test. Though not dissimilar to the Galaxy J7 (2016), the Prime model benefits from several enhancements including a full-HD display and a smidgen more RAM. As far as the cameras are concerned, the Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime packs a 13-megapixel primary camera on the rear and a 8-megapixel front shooter for selfies. You can also count on an 8MP camera on the front with f/1.9 aperture.

The smartphone measures 151.5×74.9×8.1mm.

The device has been launched at a price of VND 6,290,000 i.e. approximately equal to Rs. 19,000.

The Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime Smartphone has got to offer Bluetooth, 3G, 4G, GPRS/ EDGE, W-Fi, USB-OTG, and Micro-USB and also supports LTE Cat.

Needless to say, the specs are nothing to write home about, but what makes the Galaxy J2 DTV different from other budget Samsung smartphones is that it comes with a Digital TV tuner (a first for the South Korean company), allowing users to watch broadcast television from anywhere in the country.
