Samsung is in huge trouble following the negative coverage that has been following the Galaxy Note 7.

After news broke out that the Samsung Galaxy Note7 faced technical issues with their batteries where some users reported their devices exploding while charging, the company has since then halted all sales for the mobile gadget and have informed that they will start preparing replacement devices.

The family of the auto reportedly blamed the Note 7 for the vehicle fire as Samsung is recalling the latest smartphone over a faulty battery.

According to the USA consumer protection authorities, around one million users in the United States are impacted by the recall, amid 92 reported incidences of the model catching fire.

“Test results show that the fire is not directly connected to the battery produced by our company”, parts manufacturer, Amperex Technology Limited, said.

In its statement Monday, Samsung said it “remains committed to researching and designing products and services that meet Chinese customers’ demands, thus providing the best product experience for Chinese consumers”. The latest move followed the ministry’s ban issued on September 10 on using and charging Note 7s on flights.

Time has a amusing way of making people forget and that’s exactly what Sprint Corporation’s (S) CEO Marcelo Claure thinks will happen with Samsung Electronic’s Galaxy Note 7, which suffered an embarrassing recall. By introducing the Green battery icon, Samsung will limit the charging levels, allowing customers to charge the Note 7 only up to a certain level (60 per cent). The US government acted swifter than it had in other situations to ban the Note 7 where ever it could, something the Korean government muttered about being US protectionism.

The risks of battery explosion in its recent flagship Galaxy Note 7 dragged Samsung to several legal and public criticisms and justifiably saying, the last couple of weeks have brought up the worst moments for this number one smartphone maker.

At this stage, the fire was caused by an “undetermined” factor, it said.
