Samsung has just unleashed its stunning new Note 7 on the world.

In fact, it’s a treat for the eyes in a lot of ways, as the Note 7 is rocking Samsung’s usual Super AMOLED display, this time with 1440 x 2560 resolution. A Rear Dual Pixel 12MP OIS (F1.7) camera and a front 5MP (F1.7) camera are integrated as well. Galaxy Note 7 using a USB Type-C for charging, and is also equipped with NFC support.

We reported a few days ago that Samsung might incorporate a Power Saving Mode on its Galaxy Note 7 flagship, and it seems that the rumors have been confirmed. You also get a microSD card slot on the Galaxy Note 4, but the onboard storage is stuck at 32GB.

Additionally, the all-new Samsung Galaxy Note 7 also features IP68 certification making the handset water and dust resistant.

Having invented the phablet with the launch of its Note series, the Galaxy Note 7 follows its predecessor, the Note 5, with the Note 6 being skipped enabling Samsung to bring the Note series into line with its Galaxy S7 smartphones. Samsung hopes the new curved-screen Note phone will enjoy a similar appeal.

The price of the phone is not available in India yet, but the phones are usually priced a little higher than what the retail for in the United States. Also, unlike the iPhone 6s Plus, the Note 7 has built-in wireless charging standard. One truly time-saving feature is that you can now hover over anything to zoom, which is flawless for shopping, working and general Internet browsing.

The Note 7 runs on Android Marshmallow based company’s own TouchWiz UI. This is what we were talking about when we said the phone is borrowing the best features from the Galaxy S7. The change has appeared on software in the Galaxy beta software program on the Samsung Galaxy Note 5.
