Samsung Galaxy Note 8 now available at Rs. 49900 in India
According to several sources, it looks as if Samsung still hasn’t perfected the system in time for its inclusion in the Note 9, and we might have to wait until next year’s Galaxy S10 before it arrives in a Samsung handset.

While we’ve known for a while that Samsung’s upcoming phablet will not feature 3D facial recognition due to the tech’s reliance on Qualcomm’s processor, Ice Universe bears some foreboding news for virtual fingerprint recognition as well. As in, just like the Galaxy Note 8 but with a few minor tweaks.
Having said that, we could expect the Galaxy Watch and Galaxy Fit go up in the market for a release alongside the Galaxy Note 9 since the latter is slated for a release sooner this year. The online leaked image comes courtesy of a Twitter user Ice universe, who has a track record of furnishing precise and correct information about phones. This will be just like the Galaxy S9 series. Leaks in the past though, have suggested that the phone will be featuring a 6.28-inch full HD+ Infinite display, with a resolution of 2220 x 1080. The brand normally stands for innovation, but the design appears virtually identical to that of the Samsung Galaxy Note 8, and even the in-display fingerprint reader appears to be cancelled in favour of the usual back-sided fingerprint reader. First, he said that the Note 9 will be 2mm shorter than the Galaxy Note 8, but that the phones will be otherwise identical in terms of dimensions. You can see the Geekbench screenshot below. The new flagship doesn’t come with substantial design changes as well and looks very similar to the Galaxy S8. However there is a report that Samsung is working on an Exynos 9820 chipset. The S9 sports a single rear camera of 12MP, while the S9 Plus sports a dual rear camera setup of 12MP + 12MP. The wide-angle lens can automatically switch between the two apertures depending on the lighting conditions to take the best possible photos.

A separate trademark application sees the company granted use of the name Samsung Galaxy Fit, which may be for the follow up device to the Samsung Gear Fit 2 Pro.
