Samsung Galaxy S7: 5 Features It Needs
The most recent leak, which is allegedly the Samsung Galaxy S7’s first live photo comes from a source in Vietnam. TechRadar reported that the as yet unannounced Galaxy Note 6 will be released throughout Europe, following a “backlash from loyal Note fans” over the Galaxy S6 Edge+ launching a year ago in place of the Galaxy Note 6. Samsung will unveil their next-gen flagship smartphone on February 21 during a special Unpacked event in Barcelona, a day before Mobile World Congress opens its for the public. Other than that, till now it has been revealed that the Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 edge will feature a 5.1-inch and 5.5-inch display respectively.
It’s safe to say Samsung could skip a huge announcement for the Samsung Galaxy S7 release as the cat left the bag a long time ago. Aside from the reports about their newest handsets, the South Korean tech giant is said to release the all-new Galaxy Note 6 real soon.
Remember all the outrage previous year when Samsung had made a decision to do away with external microSD card support?
Have thoughts or speculation of your own on Samsung’s 2016 flagships? Given that the rumors are claiming that the Edge model will have a larger and curved display, we suppose it is understandable that the Galaxy S7 Edge is priced slightly higher.
Meanwhile, the other specs of the Galaxy S7 and the Galaxy S7 Edge include a micro SD slot, a USB Type C connection slot and a 4GB of RAM. It’ll likely be a Snapdragon and an Exynos processor, it could quite possibly be the Snapdragon 820 and the Exynos 8890 which are rumored for the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge.
On the software side, Android 6.0 Marshmallow seems like a safe bet, as is Samsung’s TouchWiz custom skin. Company has brought Android Version 6.0 Marshmallow update for this gadget which is a big plus for all the users.
