Samsung Galaxy S7 will use the Snapdragon 820 processor
Well, according to the newly surfaced rumor in Korea, that might not be the case, at least not as far as Galaxy S7 is concerned, read on.

Although South Korean tech giant Samsung Electronics has just recently released another Galaxy flagship, the Note 5, speculations say the company is pushing for an earlier release of another anticipated flagship, the Galaxy S7.
The new Samsung Galaxy S7 is also rumored to come out with two versions up its line but will both carry the microSD slot as well as a metal unibody frame.
If Samsung is comfortable enough to use the Snapdragon 820 in a few of their most important markets then it’s a sign that the chipset is living up to its expectations and that Qualcomm won’t repeat the same mistakes they did with the 810.
As revealed by Sam Mobile, the alleged Galaxy S7 was codenamed “Project Lucky” during its developmental stage.
Qualcomm is said to have secured a deal with Samsung for its next generation smartphones. Apparently, the Samsung Galaxy S7 will be available in two variants.
Samsung’s Galaxy S7 is the next big thing to look forward to from the company, and even though the handset isn’t set for launch until Spring of 2016, the rumor mills is turning and new reports about specs are emerging. But we do know that the Snapdragon 820 chipset will feature a quad-cored processor with Kyro cores backed by Adreno 350.
The decision by Samsung to go with their Exynos processors as opposed to Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 810 for the Galaxy S6 was a major blow to the chipmaker, but it seems that Samsung is holding true in its statement earlier in the year that the South Korean giant could still choose to utilize Qualcomm-made chips for future devices.

The United States and China will get the Galaxy S7 powered by Snapdragon 820 chipset, while other regions will have the device featuring Samsung’s Exnoys chip.
