One key feature is that the screen is curved. But aside from that, the specs are those you would expect and the design is rather plain.

Sporting a display that curves down both sides, Samsung’s successor to the Note5 skipped a number to synchronise its name with the technology used for its top-selling Galaxy S7.

We reported a few days ago that Samsung might incorporate a Power Saving Mode on its Galaxy Note 7 flagship, and it seems that the rumors have been confirmed. The Note7 comes with a 64 GB memory, which can be expanded thanks to the microSD slot, which supports memory cards of up to 256 GB.

What’s more is that the S Pen is water resistant. It also features a 3500mAh battery and a USB-C port, although an adapter will be available that supports previous USB cables.

The Korean telecom companies have yet to announce the exact range of state-sponsored “phone subsidies” or discounts for phone payment plans available for those who purchase Samsung Electronics’ new smartphone.
