Samsung’s exploding Galaxy Note 7 faces global recall
That being said, Samsung has never refrained from matching Apple, and if rumors proved to be true, the South Korean smartphone manufacturer will bring a new dual-lens camera system to its next-generation Galaxy S8 smartphone that is slated to be unveiled at MWC (Mobile World Congress) 2017, which takes place from February 27 through March 2, 2017, TechTimes reported. “The timing of this couldn’t have been worse”. Samsung did not offer additional comment to USA TODAY.

It seems like we might have to wait a little bit longer to get our hands on the new Samsung Galaxy Note 7. Specific details are still scant, but Reuters, which helped break the story, claims “images and videos of charred Galaxy Note 7s” have shown up online. Samsung also added an iris scanner to the Note 7, which lets users unlock the phone by detecting patterns in the eyes.
The company, however, did not specify which markets will be affected by the delay and for how long the hold on shipments will be enforced. That’s likely the reason that the Galaxy Note 7 has been exploding, but Samsung took measures to ensure the safety of their own product by halting sales in their home country.
“Samsung was back on track with its premium phones after the Galaxy S7 earlier this year”. You can really see that Samsung has gone a long way since a year ago and there’s a reason why people are praising the Galaxy S7 and the Galaxy S7 Edge for being the finest flagship thus far. Samsung said in August demand for the new handset, priced at 988,900 won ($882) in South Korea, was far exceeding supply, pushing the firm to delay the launch in some markets.
HDC Asset Management fund manager Park Jung-hoon said it now appeared inevitable thatSamsung’s smartphone average selling price and profits would miss lofty second-half expectations.

This could pose serious logistical, financial, and brand problems for Samsung who count heavily on the Galaxy Note 7 to compete head-to-head with Apple’s iPhone. On the upside, however, there are many things you can try to fix the issue.
