The Note 7 will have Android Marshmallow with TouchWiz UI onboard. It is also 0.3mm thicker compared to the Note 5.
The Galaxy Note 7 compatible with Samsung’s new Gear VR headset, which supports the USB C interface.
The Note 7 is water resistant and has support for microSD cards, both of which were not available in Note 5.
The Galaxy Note 7 is equipped with the advanced camera (12 megapixels) that was introduced on the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge.
The features include a curved, waterproof metal and glass body, and even Samsung’s S Pen, the stylus used by the Galaxy Note 7, is waterproof as well. Yes, it’s called Galaxy Note 7 and not Note 6.
South Korean tech giant Samsung Electronics Co Ltd expects sales for its new Galaxy Note 7 smartphone to exceed those of the previous version launched a year ago, the head of the company’s mobile business said. However, Apple’s forthcoming iPhone 7 is poised to rival Galaxy Note 7’s cutting-edge features. Unlike the S7, however, owners can control the handset’s screen in wet conditions with the bundled S-Pen stylus, which also ships with IP68 certification. The device also comes with a Secure Folder for storing classified documents and apps, accessible only by fingerprint or iris scanning. A United States version will feature a Snapdragon 820 process while the rest of the world will get the Exynos chipset. The Galaxy Note 4 has a 16MP snapper on the back and a 3.7MP selfie sensor, all of which are nowhere near the 12MP primary and 5MP secondary cameras on the Galaxy Note 7.
Note 7 is smaller than the Note 5, despite having a 5.7-inch screen size.
Samsung’s latest smartphone – complete with an iris scanner for improved security – is the most intelligent phone it has created.

The device will also come with a dual edge display and be available in three colours – black, silver and blue – when it goes on-sale in the coming weeks.
