Speaking of cameras, the Note 7 did not receive much of an upgrade.
We’re still waiting for Xiaomi to unveil the long-rumored Mi Note 2, and a new leak photo suggests the device may live up to the hype.
The launch of the Galaxy Note 7 comes ahead of the latest iPhone launch, expected in the autumn, and days after Samsung reported its biggest quarterly profit in more than two years thanks to strong sales of Galaxy S7 smartphones.
Samsung has yet to give the Note 7 a price, but based on previous models of the Galaxy line-up, it’ll be in the $800-$900 range without a contract. After all, last year’s 5.7inch Galaxy S6 Edge Plus was priced at £749 for 32GB of internal storage, and an eye-watering £829 for the 64GB model.

With the Galaxy Note 7, gone is the flat screen. Instead, we get a dual-curved-edge display like on the Galaxy S7 Edge.
To offer the feel of handwriting with a real pen, the diameter of the pen tip has been reduced to 0.7 mm, compared with the 1.6 mm of the previous version of the Galaxy Note.
Samsung says you will be able to use both the smartphone and S Pen in torrential rain since they’re both IP68 water resistant, that means they can cope underwater for 30 minutes.
The Korean tech giant unveiled the supersized Samsung Galaxy Note 7 Tuesday, which comes packed with several impressive features and a brand new design.

However, what the Note 7 does have over the Note 5 is the fact that with its development, Samsung was able to draw on what has worked in the past. You can also purchase the S-View Standing Cover, that can prop your phone up.
