While Microsoft continues to roll out new Windows phones, many manufacturers are sticking with Android. The main camera is an 8-megapixel sensor and the front facing 5-megapixel camera on the front is a wide angle lens for getting more more into the shot.
With a VR headset, you can look around the picture of video as if you were there, while on a 2D screen users can scroll around with a cursor.
LG hasn’t announced anything about availability or pricing for the 360 VR, but the headset is supposedly scheduled to be released sometime this summer. This change has bolstered the sale of second-hand products, and in the Latin America it also represents an opportunity for people lacking the financial resources to purchase a new, higher-end device.
Complementing the LG 360 VR is the LG 360 Cam, which is essentially a camera unit that integrates two 13 MP shooters.
