Samsung to Share Note 7 Report on Exploding Galaxy Phone Findings

The update from Samsung will come just before the unveiling of the Galaxy S8 at a dedicated press event in April in NY. It would definitely be interesting to see Samsung shift from the comfort zone and experiment with something different in the Samsung Galaxy S8. This mainstay transformation comes to the company at a crucial time for it to continue to survive the damage from the recall of millions of Galaxy Not 7 devices previous year.

The unveiling would mean that the Samsung Galaxy S8 will subsequently go on sale in April. Speaking at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas earlier this week, Tim Baxter, a top U.S. Samsung executive, said that the company will release its “root cause” for the overheating phones later this month.

Another reason to why Samsung might be hurrying up to launch the new operating system is because Mobile Word Congress is just around the corner and that’s the event where the company traditionally launches its upcoming flagship device.

Still, rumors that the Galaxy S8 would come only with a curved screen have persisted.

The fingerprint scanner of the latest galaxy S8 smartphone is not visible in the plain sight. This fingerprint sensor can reportedly be placed practically anywhere and can scan fingerprints from underneath glass, plastic, and even metal.

A recent report surfacing from India claimed that the Galaxy C9 Pro will also be making its way to the second most populated country in the region, but there is still no specific date as to when this will be happening.

Samsung’s profits aren’t burning out from its Galaxy Note 7 fallout.

The strong earnings numbers come despite a slight fall in revenue and the anticipated US$2.1 billion hit to profit from the withdrawal of the fire-prone Galaxy Note 7 premium smartphone in October. As such, the Galaxy S8 models are rumored to sport an octa-core chipset with four Exynos M2 CPU cores and four Cortex A53 CPU cores. There’s also talk that Samsung will eliminate the handset’s signature physical home button in favor of a touchscreen-based home button, a move that most other Android phone makers made years ago.
