It looks like Samsung has quietly introduced a refresh for one of its tablets, and that would be the Samsung Galaxy Tab A Plus.

Samsung Galaxy Tab A Plus has become the first non-premium terminal of the company to come with S Pen support.
The devices also benefit from Samsung’s Super AMOLED display technology although the pixel count is down slightly on the 2014 models they replace (that’s due to changing the screen size) and there’s a fingerprint scanner for added security and protection. By recreating the same viewing experience of browsing through traditional print media, the Galaxy Tab S2 also makes it comfortable to read digital content, including e-books, magazines, webpages and newsfeeds.
Apart from the improvements, Samsung will be releasing the Galaxy Tab 2 in two variants – 9.7-inch and 8-inch weighing 389 grams and 265 grams respectively. The new Galaxy tablet, which will be released next month, comes with a Super AMOLED display and is contained within the thinnest (5.6mm) and lightest (about 9 ounces to 14 ounces, depending on the model) metal frame of its size. Adaptive Display intelligently adjusts gamma, saturation, and sharpness based on the application, the color temperature of the viewing environment and ambient lighting.
The Galaxy Tab S2 delivers unmatched mobility to cater to people wanting a device that will enhance and support their productivity. The report also indicated that users can upgrade the storage capacity of its microSD card up to 128 GB on both versions of the tablet. This follows shortly behind a different firmware that was made available for a different model of the Galaxy Tab S2 and both can be downloaded right now.

The two variant to come installed with Android 5.0 and to be mounted with 8MP primary camera and 2.1MP selfie lens. The device is also compatible with the advanced Book Cover Keyboard, delivering the same convenience of a standard PC keyboard with a built-in trackpad for executing tasks on-the-go. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 9.7 Wi-Fi version can be pre-ordered for the equivalent of $548 United States dollars.
