Samsung working on 18.4-inch Android tablet
According to a post on the Chinese social networking site, a 12-inch Windows 10 tablet is being prepared somewhere within Samsung’s various research labs. It could be a new push to entice schools, offices and large screen users to a tablet.

However, China-based white-box tablet players will see a 15% growth from the second quarter because their orders from overseas markets will recover, boosting their combined shipments to over 19 million units, according to Digitimes Research’s latest report on the global tablet market. Samsung may be trying to deliver something big at a small price. The company introduced the original Galaxy Note in 2011 with a large 5.3-inch display, which tech critics panned and marked DOA (dead on arrival), claiming consumers would not want to use, carry or hold such an extremely large smartphone up to their ear.
Large devices running Android and Windows have been tried before.
The supposed tablet will feature a 1.6 Ghz Samsung octa-core Exynos processor, 2 GB of memory, along with 32 GB of internal storage.
If you have been interested in what is going on in the tech industry, you might remember the line of Windows tablets Samsung used to produce back in the day.

However, if the rumors on a Tahoe turn out to be true and Samsung does indeed produce that kind of device, it would become one of the tablets that have the biggest screens available, much larger than those of standard laptops. In terms of its camera capabilities, it will boast an 8 megapixel rear camera and 2.1 megapixel front-facing shooter for video chat and selfies. With the size of the tablet, it can be predicted that the device could be shipping with an S Pen, also given Samsung’s affection for the object.
