So what do they do for an encore?

The Indianapolis Colts host the San Diego Chargers in Week 3 of the NFL Schedule on Sunday, kick off time at 4:25 PM ET, at Lucas Oil Stadium.
Tyrell Williams: While he’s still young and inexperienced, he’s slowly starting to win me over with his play. Luck plays with reckless abandon, for better or for worse, he insists on playing and play-making for his team. That was at home, and the team is now without Danny Woodhead to go along with Keenan Allen as they take to the road in week 3.
Sean Begler (1-1): “This game is being reported as a shootout between two good quarterbacks”. The Chargers corners are great.
SIBLING RIVALRY: Colts coach Chuck Pagano and Chargers defensive coordinator John Pagano will meet for the second time in their current positions, setting up the sequel for this sibling rivalry. The Colts have a decent running back in Frank Gore and reliable tight ends in Dwayne Allen and Jack Doyle, but it won’t make up for the lack of production usually created by the wide receivers. Philip Rivers has the answer. “He’s going to help us win”.
Conor Denton (1-1): “This week will tell me a lot about this team”. I don’t know if it’s because Rivers has broken Indy’s heart so often in the past or because he’s yappy on the football field, but I wonder, what’s Rivers really like to be around on an almost-daily basis? He’s had a 100-yard rushing game, which is one more than in ’15. Wideout T.Y. Hilton has a knee problem and missed Friday’s practice. On paper, Rivers vs. the Colts looks like a mismatch. The Chargers are going to try and slow down the game with their new running attack, but this game will ultimately turn into a shoot out. He passed for 334 yards with two touchdowns in Week 1 against the Buccaneers and went into Oakland last week and threw for 396 yards and three touchdowns. Clearly, the offensive line must play better. They have good pass rushers. “There’s a reason why we picked him where we did”, McCoy said. Watch for Jatavis Brown and Hunter Henry to have increased roles.
What matters is the Chargers still have quarterback Philip Rivers on the roster. Colts fans surely remember the playoff losses to the Chargers in the 2007 and 2008 seasons, and then their most recent meeting came in 2013 when the Chargers defeated the Colts 19-9 in San Diego. Indianapolis finished the 2014 season with an 11-5 record and still managed to win the AFC South crown. “Nine out of 10 times he is usually right on with what he thinks you are in”. I also expect the Colts to be quite competitive despite all of their injuries.
“We’ve won a handful of games against the Colts”. My bold prediction is that this is the day Hunter Henry puts his name on the National Football League map.
