Sanders campaign says it has more women donors than Clinton
The Elko Daily Free Press asked Clinton what she thought of the proposed Hardrock Mining and Reclamation Act of 2015 that would charge new hardrock mining companies royalties on gross income.

The third candidate still pursuing the party’s 2016 White House nomination, former Maryland Gov. Martin O’Malley, meanwhile, earned just 4 percent, slightly more than the 3 percent in the “undecided” category, the Northern Virginia-based publication pointed out.
That law has been fiercely defended by western states’ members in Congress.
Later in the discussion, she stated the mining law of 1872 is “hardly a modern way to deal with the costs and benefits of mining”. Known as Glass-Steagall, it was repealed in 1999 during her husband’s administration. Clinton said she supports a tough screening process and suggested it doesn’t contradict with her policy to keep the nation’s doors open to refugees.
It only makes it all the more important that Hillary be the champion for Latinos she claims to be. Her campaign says the tax cut will be funded through tax increases on wealthy families and by “demanding” rebates from drug manufactures. Perhaps in Clintonspeak we could say, “What does it matter?” “We’d like the federal government to be good partners”.
She said, citing opiates, there is an “epidemic of overdoses in the county”.
“We’re people that have met her, we know her personally, and the other people around here perhaps have only seen her on TV”, Morriss Henry, a physician who served in the Arkansas state legislature, told ABC News in an interview.
Clinton responded, “not only do I have hundreds of thousands of donors, majority small”. They note that she’s avoided vilifying their industry as has Sanders, who recent described their business model as “fraud” or even President Barack Obama, who angered some of his donors when he called Wall Street investors as “a bunch of fat cat bankers” in a 2009 interview. “You can’t continue to have open borders”, she continued, calling for more personnel and technology to protect the borders.
“People don’t trust campaigns”. “I won’t let the banks do this again. And I do think you have to control your borders”, Clinton said.
She said the ongoing Republican push to further reduce regulations and oversight in the U.S.is a strong reason to elect her instead.
“It’s deeply distressing that Republicans in Congress will not put people on the no-fly list on the list of those prohibited from getting weapons”, she said.

The poll said 63 percent of Iowa Democrats say they have made up their mind with a little more than two months to go until the caucuses, while 36 say they have not.
