Sanders, delegates to meet privately amid lingering angst

Too many voters say they’re supporting her for a reason you’d never want printed on a campaign T-shirt: “I’m voting for the lesser of two evils”. I’m just concerned that you’ve got a tone deaf DNC chair, Robbie should not have said that and I’m just anxious that we are not respecting – you have 43 percent of the delegates coming here, they are Bernie Sanders people.

Dan O’Neal, 68, is a retired schoolteacher and delegate from Arizona, said Wasserman Schultz has to be censured. “To see her nominated for president is pretty unbelievable”. “He really scares me”.

Clinton’s campaign meanwhile was pushing the notion that Russian Federation was behind the email leaks in an effort to help Trump win.

The former schoolteacher now semi-retired from ad sales for local television and radio stations said she has the time to invest in the historic happening, “so I made a decision to go for it”.

Sanders is set to meet privately with supporters before the start of the Democratic National Convention Monday.

Sanders, first lady Michelle Obama and Warren, the senator from MA and a liberal firebrand, are expected to kick off the opening session, which will be focused on hammering home Clinton’s agenda for families.

“As soon as I got off the plane in Philadelphia that was the first thing I saw on the news; that she resigned”, Sanchez said.

Clinton seeks to take in more revenue only by increasing taxes for the ultrawealthy – enacting a 4 percent surcharge on incomes over $5 million and raising certain capital gains rates. “Yes, I would have”, he said. He had an anti-Hillary Clinton sign portraying her as beholden to Wall Street.

It’s a worry for Clinton’s top aides, who see maximizing Democratic turnout as a main campaign challenge.

“It’s always nicer to be with a candidate that won”, he said.

Clinton’s campaign aims to use the convention to try and rectify both problems.

Retired Gen. John Allen, who led the war in Afghanistan, will also be among the night’s marquee speakers. According to her online biography, she graduated from the University of Florida.

That may not be enough to cut into Clinton’s trust deficit.

He said he intends to be arrested “a couple of times” during the convention. That’s a historic low for a presidential candidate – surpassed only by Trump. Then came the Florida Senate, and in 2005, she was elected to the U.S. House to represent South Florida.

The Vermont senator will emphasise that the Democratic Party’s “most progressive” platform in its history includes agreements he reached with Clinton to drastically increase access to health care and make tuition at public universities free for students from families with incomes below $125,000 per year, EFE news reported citing the statement.

Supporters Bernie Sanders march during a protest in downtown Philadelphia on Sunday, July 24, 2016. He strongly denied that the revelations had changed his support for Clinton and said the real threat was Trump.

“The emails, that’s probably the biggest (issue)”.

You know, people like Clinton. But when she began to listen to Sanders, something clicked. “I don’t know, but I’m sure it’s a fire drill”.

“I was definitely disappointed, but it was a long shot and he got a lot farther than anyone expected he would get”, said Burns, who works for the city’s elderly commission.

“She is the most experienced presidential candidates on the planet, not just in the United States”, said Alam, a 59-year-old state employee who lives in Weston. They have said they plan to show up in full force.

She said Wasserman Schultz has agreed to serve as honorary chair of her campaign’s “50-state program to gain ground and elect Democrats in every part of the country, and will continue to serve as a surrogate for my campaign nationally, in Florida, and in other key states”.
