Chelsea Clinton, who will be back in the state soon, precedes former President Clinton’s campaign stops today in New Hampshire.
Said Clinton: “I sure don’t want to turn over health care to Republican governors for heaven’s sake”. “It is important to stand your ground, but it is important to find common ground”, Clinton said, echoing a popular campaign-trail riff about bipartisanship.
She then went on to say that she believes her mother has a “more robust” record on health care than anyone else in the race. “I think its interesting”.
Holder’s statement cited a list of policy areas that Clinton has highlighted in her battle against Vermont Sen.
In total, Clinton has spent $16.6 million on ads and Sanders $13.4 million, according to CMAG. What senator sanders has said and it’s his flawless right to say it he wants a national health care single payer system.
“The Iowa Republican Caucuses are tight as a tick entering the final two weeks of the campaign”, Quinnipiac poll assistant director Peter Brown said.
But they are also because Clinton and her aides see the race tightening.
Bernie Sanders has moved in front of Hillary Clinton in Iowa, according to a survey of likely Democratic Caucus goers by Quinnipiac University. The NBC/ Wall Street Journal/Marist poll showed Sanders with 50 percent and Clinton with 46 percent in that primary.
Both candidates received dueling endorsements on the eve of Obama’s State of the Union address.
The moderators from news site Fusion, got right down to business when one asked O’Malley why more than 80 percent of his campaign staff is White.
The November election will pick the country’s 45th president, to succeed Obama as he leaves office a year from now.
