The Wall Street Journal, citing sources familiar with the decision, said the decision was still in flux, and Wasserman could either yank her speaking slot, or not allow her to the ceremonial role of opening and closing the event.

Ironically, Wasserman Schultz criticized her GOP counterpart for his badly run convention. The Democratic National Convention will formally kick off on Monday.

As a Muslim, Alam said she’s also concerned about Donald Trump’s call to ban non-citizen Muslims from entering the country. Ted Cruz, refused to endorse the billionaire businessman. “She was going to get booed before all this”.

Meanwhile, thousands of Sanders’ supporters assembled in Philadelphia on Sunday to march from city hall to a nearby park, voicing their anger over they said was sabotage of the Sanders campaign.
The publication of the emails comes just a weekend before the start of the Democratic convention, where a major objective for Clinton will be to unify the Democratic party by winning over Sanders’ voters. This is outrageous. She needs to apologize.
She saw Wasserman Schultz’s ousting as a move “probably to appease” Sanders’ supporters. But it seemed to do little to pacify them. Bernie Sanders, the pressure began mounting to force her out. “So what I suggested to be true six months ago turned out to be true”.
Asked about the exchanges, Rawlings-Blake said: “Expressing an opinion about a candidate doesn’t mean that you’re in collusion, doesn’t mean that you are actively working against them”.

He said he’s not supporting Clinton and isn’t sure whether he will in November.
