Sanders moves farther away from Biden claim of pending Clinton endorsement

Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton speaks during a campaign stop at the Electric Park Ballroom on January 11, 2016 in Waterloo, Iowa. This is Trump’s highest level of support in Rasmussen Reports’ matchups with Clinton since last October. “Thanks to the continued support of almost 1.6 million people, we have been able to help Democrats build out an organizing infrastructure across the country that will mobilize millions of voters and help elect progressive candidates up and down the ballot”.

Obama came out and endorsed Clinton on June 9 after months of assiduously avoiding tipping the scales of the Democratic presidential primaries. “And they don’t think either candidate would be a good president”.

“We’re trying to do everything we can right now to make the Democratic platform the most progressive platform in the history of the Democratic Party”, Sanders said.

At one recent event, 10 people gathered at the home of the Pritzker family in Chicago’s Gold Coast neighborhood, raising $1 million or more for Clinton and fellow Democrats. The GOP leadership has lined up behind Donald Trump, albeit begrudgingly, and the Republican National Committee regularly blasts Clinton’s judgment, calling her dishonest and reckless.

“Our group isn’t about selling Clinton”. “We’re not going to be in the business of convincing people that Hillary Clinton will be the savior of all of our policy issues”.

A greater 29 percent of likely voters said they would be less likely to vote for Clinton with Warren as her running mate. Its field period overlaps with those of the Washington Post/ABC News and NBC News /Wall Street Journal polls released Sunday, both of which found Clinton significantly ahead of Trump, the report said. Meanwhile, an ABC News/Washington Post survey conducted in June found that 77 percent of women have an unfavorable view of Trump.

Donald Trump has had a rough week. Trump is also beating Clinton with voters between the ages of 50-64 years old, and older than 65. He landed just over $3 million from donors in May, compared to Clinton’s more than $26 million.
