Bernie Sanders made an impromptu stop on the campus of Northern Arizona University Tuesday.

The majority of attendees were millennial voters, sporting signs with phrases like “San Diego Feels the Bern”, shirts that say “Bernie Trumps Hillary”, and buttons that read “Burners for Bernie”. Although Clinton wound up sweeping all five states, she only garnered 100 delegates over Sanders, leaving them just 314 delegates away from each other with Sanders at 825 and Clinton at 1,139.

On Sunday, Sanders drew crowds in the thousands to the largest of his Washington rallies, at KeyArena in Seattle. Sanders based on the results of Saturday’s caucus.
It was estimated more than 14,000 people were in attendance. The victory allowed Sanders to cut Clinton’s lead by five delegates.
“What’s important is not whether or not he gets out, but how he campaigns”, Missouri Senator Claire McCaskill told Politico.

The remaining 17 so-called super-delegates- top party and elected officials who are automatic delegates to the Democratic National Convention – are free to pledge to a candidate of their choice.
