Sanders won’t call for release of Clinton’s bank speech transcripts
Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, former President Bill Clinton and daughter Chelsea acknowledge supporters during a caucus night rally at Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa, Monday, Feb. 1, 2016.

On Sunday, she planned a quick visit to Flint, Michigan, an unusual detour for a candidate trailing in polls in New Hampshire, the first primary state.
On the heels of Clinton’s narrow victory in Iowa, both she and Sanders are competing aggressively in New Hampshire, which holds its primary on Tuesday. In the Iowa caucus, Sanders won 84 percent of the Democratic vote among people aged 17 to 29. Corbin, who lives in Brooklyn, said she was left unswayed. Boston Mayor Marty Walsh was dispatching dozens of organizers to the state while a number of veterans of past Clinton campaigns, including many from Arkansas, were knocking on doors and staffing phone banks this weekend.
As for Sanders, he said he will not politicize the issue. Outsiders versus insiders. These are just some of the big schisms facing Democratic voters in the party’s growing conundrum of having to choose between Bernie Sanders and Hillary Clinton. According to Real Clear Politics’ polling data, Clinton is polling 15.2 points behind Sanders among New Hampshire primary voters.
Sanders said in a February 4 debate that Clinton, a former senator from NY, was part of a political “establishment” that’s overly dependent on the financial industry, citing its sizable contributions to her super-PAC fundraising operation.
First, there was the accusation that Bernie Sanders wants to take healthcare away from millions of people. “I think it’s important that those of you who are trying to make this decision by Tuesday really look at whether the numbers add up because, you know, it matters”, she said. Many Democrats now view Clinton’s long, and ultimately losing, primary contest with Barack Obama in 2008 as crucial at getting voters engaged in the election.
Stopping at a local Dunkin’ Donuts before departing New Hampshire on Sunday morning, Clinton pledged to fight for every vote in New Hampshire, but at least some of her operation is moving on. When she was asked about producing these records prior to the debate, she laughed out loud: When MSNBC’s moderators pressed her on the same question on the debate stage, she served up a quintessentially Clintonesque punt.
“You have to have a Treasury secretary who understands the economy” in the USA and the world, said Clinton. “You try to do everything right, as a parent and a grandparent you want the best for those children who are such gifts”, she said, “and something out of your control that you thought you could trust has made it so much harder”.
“She’s the most capable, realistic and experienced candidate”, Chehames said. “I don’t know any man who doesn’t do the same thing”.
She has criticized Sanders for health care and education proposals that she says are unrealistic.

“The secretary probably doesn’t know that there’s not a day that goes by when I am not asked to attack her on that issue, and I have refrained from doing that”, he said. “Clearly this is a sign that the Clinton campaign is very concerned about the state of the race and the fact that recent national polls have shown that this is really a race that is down to one or two percentage points difference”.
