Apart from Sanjay Dutt’s wife and twin children, there is another daughter who is over the moon with the date of the actor’s release from Yerwada jail approaching fast.

He is expected to visit his mother Nargis’ grave at Bandra and spend a quiet day at home with his family.
However, the petition is not likely to affect Dutt’s release.
Allegations of preferential treatment were squarely dismissed by jail authorities, with deputy inspector general (DIG-prisons) Swati Sathe insisting that “Dutt was just like any other prisoner for us”. Sathe remembered him as an “obedient prisoner, who never demanded anything”.
Ramdev was in Yerawada jail to teach yoga to inmates. According to jail officials, Dutt was given work of making paper bags in his cell. But eight months and 16 days have been remitted from his term for his good behavior in prison. But he stepped out in the early hours of Thursday. Large number of Dutts fans gathered around his residence to welcome the actor. The actor wil be released on feb 25th. “However, he will be constantly accompanied by policemen till he leaves Pune”, Hiremat said. “He requested for a needle and thread, and mended his clothes”, said a source, adding, “Later at 11 am, he went to the prison radio station and began his show “Aap ki Farmaish“.
Earlier, he thanked the police and jail staff but they took care not ro get too close or helpful with the actor, and let him lug his own bulky bag as he walked to the barricades near his waiting auto. Yes, he was given parole and furlough at various times on different grounds.
Sanjay Dutt was imprisoned at Yerawada Central Prison, after having been found guilty under the “Arms Act” for illegal possession and destruction of an AK-56 rifle. He had served 18 months in jail during the trial and before the declaration of the five-year term by the Supreme Court of India.

In last two years, the actor has already been out of the jail for around five months.
