The blonde beauty added: “Of course as women are getting older, we do start to become a little bit insecure…” Where’s the Girls Aloud girl gone?’

Another chimed in: “Sarah Harding looks completely different???” As I’ve got another month’s worth of physiotherapy. Clearly that was a mistake’.

“I haven’t had plastic surgery”, Sarah said before pointing at her face.

I can’t go to the gym as much as I was able to; I still have to do another month of physio, that’s had to go on hold at the moment. I’m walking again. I was literally in a knee brace for quite some time. However, it must have been scary for her knowing that if she’d landed just slightly differently, the outcome could have been very different.

‘I’m channeling my inner Demi, people are going to see a softer side of me, ‘ she promised.

She went on to explain that women should embrace themselves instead of going under the knife.
