Sarah Paulson is in talks to join Warner Bros.’ all-female Ocean’s Eleven spinoff, now called Ocean’s Ocho.

Paulson would join Sandra Bullock, Cate Blanchett, Anne Hathaway, Rihanna, Helena Bonham Carter, Mindy Kaling, and Awkwafina in the all-female spinoff of “Ocean’s Eleven”.

Ocean’s Eight will be directed by Gary Ross and produced by Ocean’s Eleven director Steven Soderbergh. The three Clooney and Brad Pitt starring films brought home a whopping $1.1 billion worldwide at the box office, so you can imagine why they would love to reboot the entire thing and play ball again.

Greg Silverman and Jesse Ehrman are overseeing the film for the studio. She’s been receiving some serious awards attention after playing Marcia Clark in The People Vs OJ Simpson, but has also delivered stellar performances in the likes of 12 Years A Slave and American Horror Story.

Production on Ocean’s Eight is set to begin in October.

While Paulson’s casting for “Ocean’s Eight” remains up in the air, her involvement in Ryan Murphy’s new FX series has already been confirmed. She’s been nominated four other times – three for “American Horror Story” and once for “Game Change”. She’s also appearing in the recently completed “Rebel in the Rye”. The Hollywood Reporter’s Borys Kit, however, said that a source told him that the movie will “revolve around a heist at New York’s Met Gala”.
