‘Sat. Night Live’ Announces Miley Cyrus, Demi Lovato & The Weeknd as Musical

Get ready for some rainbow colored outfits, dancing bears, and possibly some onstage pot smoking references, when Miley Cyrus pulls double duty as both the host and musical act on the October.
Miley Cyrus and The Weeknd will perform on the upcoming season of Saturday Night Live. The episode will mark her third stint as host and second as a musical performer. The singer, most well-known for his hit single “Can’t Feel My Face”, which has reached #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, just released his album, Beauty Behind the Madness, this past Friday, August 28.
Tracy Morgan makes his much anticipated return to television and 30 Rock to host on October 17.

The long-running sketch comedy show will kick off on Saturday, October 3, with Cyrus, who will also be hosting that night. She previously hosted an episode during season 37 with musical guests The Strokes. Demi Lovato, whose album “Confident” is set to drop the previous day, will be the musical guest.
