Scottine Ross, Charlie Sheen’s Ex-Fiancée, Sues Actor
According to court papers obtained by Radar Online, Rossi is suing Sheen, claiming that even after he revealed his diagnosis, Sheen would regularly put both of their lives at risk by using hard drugs and neglecting to take his HIV treatment medication.

Scottine is also on record in asserting that she and Sheen had unprotected sex throughout their relationship.
Earlier this week, Charlie fired back at ex fiancee Brett Rossi after she filed a shocking lawsuit against the actor.
Rossi says she got pregnant in March 2014 and Charlie flipped out, insisting he didn’t want a child given his HIV status. “It was shocking to me because I only know Carlos, so seeing this Charlie Sheen character was like a Jekyll and a Hyde”. “He was not taking it on a regular basis when he was high”.
Ross said she was not extorting the actor, though she had witnessed others do so.
When asked about whether she had been tested for HIV, she said that she had “a clean bill of health”. “Instead, part of the entire ruse was to get her to fall in love with him [and] convince her that they would be together forever”.
His attorney Martin Singer said the actor plans to “vigorously defend the lawsuit filed by Ross”.
“We are confident that Mr. Sheen will prevail in this action and will prevail on his claims for affirmative relief against her”, he added. Sheen one time locked Ross in the bathroom and interrogated her as to how many men she had slept with, and on another occasion dragged Ross out of bed by her arms “and began violently shaking her while screaming obscenities at her”, the complaint says. Sheen also said during the interview that he would not pay to settle any claims from sexual partners claiming he exposed them to the virus.
“If Sheen had disclosed to Plaintiff that he was HIV positive when they met for the very first time, Plaintiff never would have engaged in sex with him, and the resulting relationship between the two would never have occurred”, the suit claims.
