That’s what made the iconic debut of Gears of War so memorable all those years ago, and another reason why I can’t wait to see more of it in action next month, at Gamescom.

The Achievements for Gears of War: Ultimate Edition have also been revealed and you can check them out here. To sweeten the deal further, you’ll also gain early access to the Gears of War 4 Multiplayer Beta being held in 2016, a 14-day Xbox Live trial, and a Superstar Cole multiplayer skin.

The bundle is only available in the 500GB version of the console and not the recently released 1TB version that starts at $399.99. Instead of just using the higher quality models, the studio is adding new touches, bonus sequences, and portrays more depth.

If you love Gears of War and plan on getting the Gears of War: Ultimate Edition this August, hold on to your money. Players don’t get a Kinect sensor for motion gaming, but do get a new Xbox One Wireless Controller in black that has a stereo headset.

One of Microsoft’s big game releases for the second half of 2015 is the remaster of Gears of War. The title, which will also be released for the PC will be running in 4K resolution with DX12 support. Microsoft suggests that gamers use this week period to pre-install the game ready for launch day.

Stuntmen were brought in to recreate the animation for the scene through motion capture.
