Police confirmed that Cheers had been sighted at about 2:30pm on Tuesday, according to Racing NSW.
Well-known Taree trainer Bindi Cheers disappeared on Sunday.
This came after stewards had earlier placed a warning on her horse Gumball for being uncompetitive after it was beaten by nearly 30 lengths in the first race.
However she failed to return home and it is believed she drove to a service station on Enterprise Drive, Beresfield where four of her horses were found in a trailer.
Following her disagreement with stewards, Cheers left the course, taking her horses with her, which then forced stewards to scratch her horse Phrases from race seven.
She was last seen wearing grey cargo trousers, running shoes, and may be wearing a maroon jacket.
