Second bullet found in equestrian center at Olympics
The National Equestrian Center, known as the Olympic Equestrian Centre during the 2016 Summer Olympics, is an equestrian venue located in the Deodoro area of Rio.

On Saturday another stray bullet, fired from a favela at a police blimp, flew through the media workroom at the equestrian event.
Andrada said the first bullet to hit the equestrian venue, which ripped through the media centre on Saturday, was sacked by somebody trying to knock out a drone, and the second came during a police operation to arrest the shooter.
“The first bullet that was found in the press room, according to the forensic report, was aiming at a blimp that was stationed over one of the communities”.
Steven Thomas, attorney for a trustee representing Taylor Bean creditors and investors, said PricewaterhouseCoopers, which is headquartered in London, did seven audits while the scheme was ongoing and failed to find it.
And the second bullet, that landed near the stables?
Andrada said that an arrest of a man with a rifle was made, but it hasn’t been confirmed that the stray bullet came from his particular rifle.
Organisers insisted the Rio Olympics were safe on Thursday despite a second bullet being fired into the equestrian venue and a brutal military police shooting not far from the Maracana stadium. “We’ll have to wait until I see the ballistics and forensics report… before I believe this was any kind of Olympic-level rock-throwing by local teenagers”, Michaelson said. “The operations that were carried by the military right after the incident, and into the night, gives extra confidence that those incidents will not repeat”, said Andrada.

“Security is our main concern”, said Andrada.
