The caller stated that Lex had texted her earlier saying she wanted to “end her life” and when the caller went to check on her, it appeared Lex had overdosed. She arrived at the hospital in stable condition but her body began to shutdown and her family pulled her off life support on Tuesday morning, according to TMZ.

Ms McAllister was eliminated on the first episode of The Bachelor’s 14th season in 2010.
RadarOnline.com first reported that McAllister passed away after attempting to take her own life.
