The teenager has been bailed to a date yet to be confirmed.
A 16-year-old was arrested by the Metropolitan Police’s Cyber Crime Unit on 29 October, police said.
Officers carried out a search of the property, as well as an address in Liverpool.
A 16 year old boy was arrested after police raided his home in Feltham, London.
The 15-year-old was taken into custody at a County Antrim police station on Tuesday where he was questioned.
The first boy arrested, from Northern Ireland, is known to like the Call Of Duty video game which simulates warfare, neighbours said.
The latest alleged breach would mark the third in a spate of cyber attacks on TalkTalk in recent months.
The hack which exposed millions of TalkTalk customer account details may have been orchestrated by more than one individual.
The company has since urged customers to change their passwords and keep an eye on their bank accounts.

The attack on TalkTalk was a sustained intrusion over a period of time which reportedly affected a few four million customers, and the company was also contacted with a ransom demand from an individual or group after the story had hit the headlines.
