Secret document eases Iran nuclear constraints
Power said “while some have argued that to be balanced, the report should give Iran a chance to express complaints about sanctions relief under the deal”, the Security Council did not mandate Ban to report on such issues. Iranian Defence Minister Ahmad Vahidi said the missile was entirely designed and built domestically and powered by liquid fuel.

The French and U.S. representatives said that the Iranian regime conducted its fourth ballistic missile test since signing the nuclear agreement with the United States and five other world powers a year ago.
Since those are five times as efficient, the time Iran would need to make a weapon would drop from a year to six months, the AP said. This deal was touted as a means to push back the possibility of Iran obtaining a nuclear weapon; unfortunately, it has unquestionably allowed Iran too much flexibility to pursue its nuclear ambitions.
Though the document has not been made public, all media outlets affirm that Iran will rapidly move toward industrial enrichment of uranium after 10 years from implementation of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), he added.
The document obtained by the AP fills in the gap.
Stay with the Times Free Press for more on this developing story. “More than 98 percent of Iran’s stockpile of enriched uranium has been moved out of the country”, she stated.
Two diplomats providing the information Monday demanded anonymity because they weren’t authorized to do so.
While the document doesn’t address Iran’s enrichment capacity beyond year 13 of the nuclear agreement, U.S. Energy Secretary Ernest Moniz told the AP that Iran will be able to install as many advanced centrifuges as it wants past that point.
“The breakout time does not go off a cliff nor do we believe that it would be cut in half, to six months, by year 11”, he said.
The document doesn’t say what happens with enrichment past year 13.
United Nations political affairs chief Jeffrey Feltman briefed the 15-member Security Council on Monday on Ban’s first bi-annual report on the implementation of the remaining sanctions and restrictions on Iran.
While the secret document hasn’t been made public, US officials say members of Congress have been able to see it.
The authenticity of the document shared with the AP on the add-on agreement was confirmed by another diplomat. But while formally separate from that accord, he said that it was in effect an integral part of the deal and had been approved by the U.S., Russia, China, Britain, France and Germany. In order to thwart Iranian aggression and discourage further violations of the Iran Deal, we in the House have taken meaningful and decisive action to punish rather than reward Iran for breaking this dubious deal.
Also opposed is Israel, which in the past has threatened to strike Iran if it deems that Tehran is close to making a nuclear weapon.

Zarif said the addendum to the nuclear deal will soon be made public, but he did not elaborate.
