Secret Service agent’s book claims Clinton has ‘volcanic’ leadership style
Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign has already dismissed Byrne’s book as just another “nonsense” attempt to smear the Democratic presidential nominee in an already fraught pre-election run.

Hillary Clinton has a “Jekyll and Hyde” personality that left White House staffers scared stiff of her explosive – and even physical – outbursts, an ex-Secret Service officer claims in a scathing new tell-all. Former Washington Post reporter Ronald Kessler included such anecdotes in First Family Detail, as did Edward Klein in both The Residence: Inside the Private World of the White House and Unlikeable: The Problem with Hillary.
The US Secret Service agent who first raised concerns about Monica Lewinsky’s access to the White House is set to publish a book claiming Hillary Clinton “lacks the integrity and temperament” to serve as president.
According to a new tell-all book, set to be published by former Secret Service officer, Hillary Clinton left Bill Clinton the then United States president with a black eye during a loud fight in 1995.
Amazon Books announced Monday that due to advance orders, “Crisis of Character”, has shot to #1 on their best-seller list without having sold the first copy.
Byrne says he saw “a light blue vase smashed to bits” after the Clintons had “a big argument that ended in a crash” in 1995.
Byrne describes Clinton as switching quickly from friendly to angry in a moment, and repeatedly screaming obscenities at her husband, the Secret Service and White House staffers.
The author reports one “violent” encounter between the Clintons.
Byrne, a veteran of the military and federal law enforcement, said he was posted near the Oval Office during Bill Clinton’s presidency, affording the agent a firsthand look at Hillary, who he says is too “erratic, uncontrollable and occasionally violent” to become president. Bill had “a shiner, a real, live, put-a-steak-on-it black eye”.
The new book coming out later this month by a former Secret Service agentwho was assigned to the Clinton detail in the White House is going to be the blockbuster political read of the summer.
And he says he once threw out a White House towel stained with a woman’s lipstick – and the president’s “bodily fluids”. This time, it’s some guy named Gary Byrne and, lo and behold, his charges against Hillary Rodham Clinton reflect exactly the kind of thing that has made the country uneasy about the presumptive Republican presidential nominee. Bernie Sanders, Byrne’s tell-all book is a godsend and inevitably will be used against Clinton all the way to the November 8 national election. “It should be put in the fantasy section of the book store”.

White House spokesman Josh Earnest wouldn’t be drawn into commenting directly about the book. If I had to guess, I’d say the narrative will be similar to what Vox has written about Clinton’s email server, i.e. you don’t need to change your opinion of Hillary Clinton.
