Secret Service Investigating Trump Adviser Who Said Hillary Clinton Should Be Executed

“Arizona Sen. Jeff Flake, one of the more prominent Trump skeptics, Tweeted late Tuesday: “@HillaryClinton now belongs in prison? Whether it was her work as First Lady, Senator, or Secretary of State – Hillary Clinton has always worked to make America stronger and safer. Later in the interview, he labeled the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee, 68, a “piece of garbage”.

“Without a doubt”, he said.

“As far as I’m concerned, that’s information for the enemy”, he continued. “We don’t have enemies in American politics so I can’t agree with that kind of rhetoric”, Cotton, a former USA army infantry officer, told CNN’s Jake Tapper on “The Lead”.

Republicans at their national convention are putting Hillary Clinton on mock trial, declaring her guilty and issuing sentences that include death by firing squad, in a remarkable display of political rhetoric gone wild.

“But I think she does need to face the proper legal recourse for her actions”, he said.

Baldasaro also earned national notoriety previous year for body shaming a fellow state representative who opposed a bill banning women from going topless in public. Told by WMUR.com that his remarks had “gone viral”, the state representative replied “good”.

Ms Clinton’s quote has come up numerous times during convention theatrics, but taken in full context, it is not almost as dismissive as Ms Clinton’s opponents would like United States voters to believe.

“I think her extremely careless handling of classified information, to use Federal Bureau of Investigation director Jim Comey’s term, disqualifies her from being president, but I think the way to handle that is to let the American people make the choice and render their verdict this November”, Cotton said.

During the news conference, which was broadcast nationally on cable news networks, Trump briefly stepped aside and let Baldasaro speak.

“We’re incredibly grateful for his support, but we don’t agree with his comments”, she added.

“If she was found guilty (of treason) in a court of law, that’s what would happen”, Baldasaro told the Daily News, referring to his previous comment about Clinton being killed by gunfire.

Republicans may have mixed feelings about nominating Donald Trump for president, but one thing they can all rally around is a deep dislike for Democrat Hillary Clinton.
