See These Star Wars: Rogue One Character Costumes Up Close

Well, in the true Star Wars tradition, we now know everything there is to know about him.

In that regard, the display floor at the 2016 San Diego Comic-Con opened its doors last night, and fans waiting in line to be the first to get a look at the new and shiny displays from the industry’s leaders, were not disappointed.

As many “Star War” fans had guessed, “Episode VIII” will reportedly pick up right after the events in “Star Wars: Episode VII – The Force Awakens” (2015), specifically at Ahch-To, where Rey (Daisy Ridley) found Luke (Mark Hamill). Just by seeing content on this film it is clear that Rogue One will be doing things differently from its predecessors. It is produced by Ram Bergman and Kathleen Kennedy with J. J. Abrams, Tommy Harper, and Jason D. McGatlin executive producing.

Rogue One wings its way into theatres on December 16th in the U.S. and UK.

As you can see in the photo gallery below, Edrio has a couple of cool nods to previous Star Wars //em films.

Keep in mind that nothing is official. To that end, he decided, “Let’s try to find some six, seven foot tall people who are really thin and try to figure out a new Stormtrooper that can actually hit its target with guns”. What better way to do that then by not including the opening scroll and create a original intro for the upcoming spin-off films? We’ve already seen the main crew, both Rebel and Imperial, and our favourite so far is the ice-white ensemble of Ben Mendelsohn’s Director Krennic and his pitch black Deathtroopers.

“Rogue One” – the first standalone in the franchise’s history – centers on the cast of Rebel warriors as they attempt to steal the plans to the Empire’s ominous super weapon, the Death Star.
