Seething Mark Hunt demands half of Lesnar’s $3.5m UFC 200 winnings
UFC heavyweight fighter Brock Lesnar has spoken for the first time since a drug test he submitted on June 28 came back testing positive for a banned substance, resulting in a potential doping violation. Lesnar issued a short statement to the Associated Press, saying, “We’ll get to the bottom of this”. Lesnar defeated Mark Hunt at UFC 200 on July 9.

As for Hunt, he’s threatening to leave the company unless they give him half of Lesnar’s rumored $2.5 million purse.
There are few men in the world who can physically stand and fight with Brock Lesnar.
“Usada, the independent administrator of the UFC Anti-Doping Policy, will handle the results management and appropriate adjudication of this case”.
Samoan Hunt, however, has furiously hit out and demanded action as Lesnar is now the third UFC opponent he has faced that has been flagged for a doping violation.
The 38-year-old native of Webster, South Dakota made a triumphant return to the Octagon after 5 years as he outclassed Mark Hunt in the co-headliner of UFC 200, winning a unanimous decision by scores of 29-27 on all 3 scorecards.
Lesnar passed three consecutive drug tests in June before allegedly failing one, according to the AP.
Much like Jon Jones’ situation, USADA won’t reveal the substance Lesnar tested positive for unless his camp reveals it on their own first. The WWE star has since released a brief statement about the failure.
Lesnar’s test was returned July 14 and flagged for the violation, which was reported to the UFC on Friday.
‘I’ve told Dana that I want a release from the UFC if they don’t sort this out’. He will get a chance to clear his name with USADA.
WWE also shared the news of Lesnar’s potential failed test, nothing that the decorated wrestler isn’t scheduled to return to the promotion until Sunday, Aug. 21 when he faces Randy Orton at SummerSlam in Brooklyn.
Dave Meltzer stated on Wrestling Observer Radio that the NSAC may also go after Lesnar’s PPV bonus money he receives from UFC.

The statement from UFC indicated a legal review process will be undertaken before they or the Nevada Athletic Commission will determine any suspensions or other actions.
