Singer Selena Gomez has put up her home in Calabasas, California for sale and is hoping to get a whopping $4.5 million for it.

Gomez purchased the 7,700 square foot estate for $3.7 million… and just days after moving, a stalker showed up.
The home features six bedrooms, seven full bathrooms, five fireplaces and a pool with a waterfall in the “magnificent” backyard. There are security cameras located on the premises. In 2014, police arrested a man for burglary and trespassing after he was found inside the guesthouse. He was convicted to 45 days of imprisonment after pleading no contest to unauthorized entry of a dwelling house, a misdemeanor, as well as was ordered to stay away from the singer.
Gomez previously sold her Tarzana home to Iggy Azalea and Nick Young for $3.4 million in 2014.

Since then, and in the space of just over a year, Selena has called 911 three times fearing an intruder. She may also want to leave memories of Bieber behind her. Gomez split up with Bieber earlier this year. With all of her money Gomez shouldn’t have a hard time finding another nice place to move to.
