Senate Candidates to Debate on WNEP2

Trump asked a fired-up crowd during a stump speech in the battleground state of OH yesterday, where a recent analysis by Real Clear Politics shows him holding a narrow lead over Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton.

Hillary Clinton turned her attention to a critical down-ballot contest that could help determine control of the Senate, sharply criticizing the incumbent Republican senator for failing to distance himself from Donald Trump.

“All of these liars will be sued once the election is over”, Trump said during a stump speech in Gettysburg, PA., adding later, “I look so forward to doing that”. He can run his campaign however he wants to.

Speaking to reporters aboard her campaign plane, Clinton dismissed as “inaccurate” the suggestion that Democrats or her campaign were encouraging women to level accusations against Trump. And like the rest of his party, Toomey has enabled Trump for months.

Toomey said he favored opportunities for women but voted against the Paycheck Fairness Act because it would provoke lawsuits and be “a boondoggle for the trial lawyers and without leading to real progress”.

During the closing days of the race, Clinton is trying to stress a positive, unifying vision. He is running for re-election in a Democratic-leaning state after compiling one of Congress’ most conservative voting records. “I have refused to endorse Donald Trump”.

Other stops include Lancaster and Altoona on Tuesday and Pittsburgh and Ambridge on Wednesday with Alaska Sen.

“I want to be their president”, she said, promising she would deal with their “legitimate concerns” as president.

The Republican’s Democratic opponent also condemned the shocking vandalism. She went after GOP Sen.

But in areas of the state with more Trump supporters, Toomey has appeared more open to embracing Trump.

Katie McGinty has the background, the experience and the smarts to be a senator we can all be proud of.

Both campaigns are investing heavily in battleground states, including Pennsylvania and Ohio.

In the 2012 election, Bucks, one of the four “collar counties” around Philadelphia, was Barack Obama’s narrowest county victory over Mitt Romney and a critical part of the Keystone State for the Democrats.

Trump campaigned in Florida this weekend and touted the work that he could do “along with a Republican House and Senate”, including an immediate repeal of Obamacare and “massive tax reduction”.

Gardner pressed Toomey several more times to give a definitive answer ― to no avail.

On Saturday, however, Clinton herself affirmed the new strategy aboard her campaign plane, taking questions with Tim Kaine before taking off for a rally in Philadelphia.
