While we don’t have a ton of concrete info about Mass Effect: Andromeda we’ve been getting pieces of information here and there. We might even have some idea as to what we can expect from the narrative of the MEA campaign. Other details as to why he made a decision to do so is still unknown but so far BioWare seems to be rather enthusiastic as Wynn is with his career-oriented choice.
With questions surrounding Wynn’s departure, there are some questions now being raised concerning what is next for “Mass Effect Andromeda’s” development team.
Wynn has now left the development team and Bioware, he announced on Twitter recently.
BioWare issued a statement on Wynn’s departure to Game Informer which said: “Chris was a great member of the team”.
Mass Effect Andromeda director Chris Wynn has announced that he is leaving BioWare, though no reason for his departure was given.
An interesting detail emerging from this note is Mass Effect Andromeda is in the works not only at BioWare Montreal, which is leading the development, but also at the main headquarters in Edmonton and in Austin, Texas. You are no longer playing as Commander Shepard and the game is set in an all-new galaxy with different planets for you to explore. Announced via his Twitter page, he said, “It is with a heavy heart today to say that I am moving on from BioWare and Mass Effect: Andromeda, and returning to the US”.

Before joining BioWare, Wynn worked as a producer for Epic Games and Microsoft, helping launch such titles as Gears of War 3 and Gears of War: Judgement. For the PlayStation executive, it was good to have PS4 and advised gamers and PS fans to look forward to it.
