Sergio Busquets: ‘Pedro desperate for more chances’
The Daily Star is reporting that an imminent Manchester deal for Barcelona star player Pedro Rodriguez is near after the player told friends and family he’s off to Manchester United.

United have been looking at Pedro in recent weeks, with the club looking for a replacement for the Paris Saint Germain bound Angel Di Maria. I told him what I think and he told me what you think. The Swiss play-maker is looking to end his unhappy time at Inter Milan and was heavily linked with Liverpool before ultimately opting for Italy in January. I understand why he has his doubts because he wants to play.
Barca boss Luis Enrique is unlikely to reinstate Pedro next season, either, after his front three of Suarez, Neymar and Lionel Messi fired the club to the treble.
But the Spanish worldwide confirmed that the new deal saw his buy-out clause reduce from £106m to a far more affordable £22m [via the Express] and this has led to intense speculation that he could be set for a move this summer.
The forward is wanted by Louis van Gaal to bolster his attacking options and Pedro is considering a move to Old Trafford.
“They are a big club”.
“(Winning the treble) a year ago was unique but we still have important targets ahead of next season”.

And now, according to the latest reports at the Metro, the Premier League champions are aiming to beat off the Red Devils’ competiton by luanching a £21million bid for the winger. The new players will need time to settle in but I’m sure they will still be competitive. “We will see what happens in the future”.
