Server Opens Fire At A Texas Restaurant After Dispute With Customer
The employee involved in the Little Red Barn shooting incident is cooperating with police, officials said.

The alleged shootout went down at Little Red Barn Steakhouse, a local landmark since 1963.
The customer confronted the waiter and put him in a headlock after the two started to fight, police said.
San Antonio police are looking for the waiter and one of the customers.
The restaurant, known for its employees wearing fake guns and holsters, descended into chaos when the shots were fired.
A witness to the incident tells News 4 San Antonio the customer was complaining about his meal or the service before attacking the waiter.
The waiter managed to get away from the customer and pulled out a handgun, firing three shots into the ceiling. the Express News reports. An unidentified witness saw a group of male customers blame their waiter for messing up their order. No one was struck by the bullets, police said.
The employee involved in the shooting could also lose his job as it is against the restaurant’s policy for employees to have real guns.

The waiter has not been arrested, but could be charged later pending the outcome of the investigation, Greene said.
