Nassar has already been sentenced to 60 years in jail for possessing 37,000 images of child pornography.

– One after another, dozens more women are sharing their pain and confronting the man who abused them as children while former MSU doctor Larry Nassar sits and listens to what he’s done.

Nassar worked at Michigan State University from 1997 to 2016 as an associate professor, and he served as the gymnastics and women’s crew team physician.

Nichols, 20, in a January 9 statement revealed she reported being abused by Nassar to USA Gymnastics leadership in the summer of 2015.

“I still remember him saying, ‘It’s OK”.

“I want my two boys to see their mom stand up for what she knows is right”, Anderson said.

Jade Capua sought treatment from Nassar when she was 13. “This is my time to close the chapter of being a victim and open the chapter of being a survivor”.

MOLINE, Illinois- Kyle Stephens says she was six when Larry Nassar began sexually abusing her. “He didn’t have gloves on and he didn’t tell me what he was doing”, Nichols said in the statement.

“He pulled my leotard aside and inserted his gloveless hand into my vagina”, she said she was told it was part of “treatment”. Once her father realised she was telling the truth, he took his own life, Stephens said.

Simon told reporters she was extremely sorry for everyone whose lives had been negatively affected by Nassar, and said his betrayal and broken promises have held enormous ramifications.

“For far too long I’ve asked myself ‘Was I too naive?”

Most said they trusted him because he was the doctor recommended by the adults around them.

“Safe sport is put out there so that it educates you on all forms of abuse, how to recognize it and if you see it, how to report it and as you go through that, not only as staff, we educate our parents as well”, Thornton said.

You didn’t strategically place lotion in the basement so you could beat your penis in my face while I hid”. “There’s no therapy that will fix the evil that’s deep inside you“.

The 20-year-old American, who was a key member of the US team that won gold at the 2016 Rio Olympics, joins a number of top-level gymnasts who have accused Nassar of abuse, including Gabby Douglas, Aly Raisman and McKayla Maroney.

Twitter users generally applauded Teigen’s genrous offer, as some agreed that the idea of non-disclosure agreements needs to be assessed. Her lawyers have filed a suit alleging “USA Gymnastics actually tried to silence her almost a year earlier by making her sign a non-disclosure agreement [NDA] as part of a financial settlement she needed to pay for psychological treatment”.
