Amanda Seyfried has revealed she was paid a 10th of the wage her male co-star received for an unnamed big-budget movie, at a time when both were well-known names in Hollywood.

“I think people think that just because I’m easygoing and game to do things, I’ll just take as little as they offer”, adds the actress, admitting she’s not seeking a big payday, just a fair deal.
“Because I suffer from anxiety attacks…you can’t mix the two”.
“I don’t understand how people can die all the time from alcohol poisoning”, Seyfried commented, “yet pot is so stigmatised”.
Ted 2 is a follow up to 2012’s original and sees Seyfried line up alongside Mark Wahlberg and the MacFarlane-voiced title character, a potty-mouthed, drink- and drug-taking, sex-obsessed, talking teddy bear.
The 29-year-old Amanda Seyfried, who has a million Instagram followers, feels popularity on sites like Twitter and Facebook “does not translate into pop culture”, reported Time. But for people in other areas of the industry, yes, it’s seen as validation.
