The release date for Shadow Warrior 2 has always been talked about and hinted about but there is finally an official listing, at least for the PC.

Shadow Warrior 2 is arriving sooner than you might think as a brand new trailer for the game dropped today, revealing a 13th of October release date.

Shadow Warrior 2 is the expanded sequel to the 2013 remake, and features four player co-op and more open levels. Lo Wang’s three allies all appear to have a distinct style, from a heavy-set assassin wielding a minigun, to a more nimble character who has stopped amid the bloodshed to take a selfie with one of the slain demons. “Complete outrageous missions, collect powerful new armor, arcane relics of legend and choose from an array of masterfully designed weaponry-including a katana chainsaw that allows you to carve up your enemies in real-time”, says publisher Devolver Digital. Owners of Flying Wild Hog’s previous games Shadow Warrior and Hard Reset Redux will receive an additional 10% off the pre-order price as thank you for being a ninja from the start. The console versions will release sometime next year.
