The first hurdle in writing a review of Rohit Shetty’s “Dilwale” (The big-hearted) is – how do you describe it?
Rumour has it that the film is facing the wrath of people even in regions like Allahabad where the public is apparently burning the posters of the film owing to the Shah Rukh Khan controversy. It was just great to be a part of a film of such a huge magnitude.
While the media showed the Khans raining blows on each other, if the actors are to be believed they were just cleaning lipstick marks off each others shirts.
In India the film might have earned less, but at the overseas market, Shah Rukh has again proved that he is the king. I have worked with both the directors and know what both of them have to offer are very, very different.
Those from the “new millennium” generation and the love-lorn youth going to watch “Dilwale” and expecting for another “DDLJ” are in for some disappointment! This craze is because of lovely Jodi Shah Rukh and Kajol. Then Shah Rukh Khan taught love tips to Rishabh on the stage. We do hope they remain friends now! While Janam Janam has given us back what we craved the most- the melodious and soul-stirring voice of Arijjit Singh, Tukur Tukur and Manma Emotion Jaage Re has got our feet tapping. “You might test regardless of whether despite sleeping so as to everything I wheeze with me after the show gets over”. Even though I play a hero in Dilwale, my role is quite comical.
