Minor is accused of shooting and killing a pregnant woman and her unborn child on March 6, 2016 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Witnesses told authorities that on the evening of March 5, Minor confronted Perry, her former high school classmate, on the sidewalk while armed with a handgun to complain about the noise..
Minor’s mother indicated at one point, during the argument, she attempted to push Minor outside, while telling Minor that Perry was nine months pregnant.
That’s when the suspect fired a shot into the air, got into a auto and left.
The FBI report says Minor returned to the neighbor’s residence just before 3 a.m. March 6 and again confronted the victim, this time at the rear door of her residence.
Minor’s mother ran to the scene, begging Minor to not hurt the woman or her unborn child.
Minor fled, and hasn’t been seen since. She has a medium build, weighs approximately 165 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. She has a tattoo of roses on her lower abdomen with petals outlined in black ink, some filled with red ink.
Her last known occupation was newspaper delivery and she has contacts in Georgia, Missouri, Mississippi, Texas, Tennessee, Ohio and IL.
A $100,000 reward is being offered for information leading to her arrest. Other fugitives on the list include Alexis Flores, wanted in connection with the 2000 kidnapping and murder of five-year-old Iriana DeJesus in Philadelphia.
The FBI says Minor may have ties to Missouri, Mississippi, Texas, Tennessee, Ohio, Illinois, and possibly Georgia. Milwaukee Police Department Assistant Chief William Jessup said, “the men and women of the Milwaukee Police Department will not rest until justice is achieved”. “We welcome leads generated from public information sharing with law enforcement to capture and arrest our country’s most sought after criminals”.
A Milwaukee woman has been added to FBI’s ten most wanted fugitives.
Two other children were inside the home and reportedly watched as their mother died. I don’t sleep. I don’t eat.

Shanika Minor is a 24-year-old woman from Milwaukeee. She stated that she wants “to know the reason why she would pull a gun out”, and murder her daughter. “She killed someone who was not a stranger to her-a family acquaintance”.
