Share Every Moment of Your Vacation With Instagram Stories
Instagram Stories, as revealed in a company blog post, will let users string together multiple shots or videos into a single video that can be shared with friends.

That’s right; Instagram Stories is a new feature that resembles the Snapchat platform in many ways.
Like Snapchat stories, Instagram stories stay on your phone for 24-hours and their content maxes out at 10 seconds of photos and videos.
Does that ring a bell? Users can add text and drawings to the photo canvases, which live for 24 hours before disappearing.
Instagram account settings allow users to dictate whether stories should be viewable only by followers, and opt to hide them from some.
Late on Tuesday night, Facebook honcho Mark Zuckerberg announced the launch of a new feature, Instagram Stories, via a Facebook Post.
Instagram has begun rolling out a new feature to their iOS and Android apps called “Stories”…
“To view someone’s story, just tap on their profile photo. People are already creating and sharing more video, so we’re going to make it even easier”, he said. “Now you can share your highlights and everything in between, too”. One thing’s for sure: whether you personally upload stories to Instagram or not, you’ll probably get more insight on your friends’ daily activities – for better or worse.

It may take some time to see whether Instagram Stories will be a hit. This sounds like a flawless middle ground for people who like the temporary quality of Snapchat photos but who don’t want the annoyance of having to download another app. Unlike public posts, however, there is no functionality to add reactions or comments, but you can send a direct message to the poster. You can’t just recreate another product.
