Harrouff also will be charged with attempted first-degree murder in the stabbing of Fisher, according to a statement from Trisha Kukuvka, a spokeswoman for Martin County Sheriff William Snyder. Fisher suffered multiple stab wounds when he tried to intervene before calling 911. But the video, just six seconds long, shows Harrouff walking normally past other diners and a waiter carrying food as he heads toward the door.

Detectives say it took a Taser, dogs, and several officers in order to subdue Harrouff.
