Sheriff: Face-biting attacker to be charged with murder

Harrouff also will be charged with attempted first-degree murder in the stabbing of Fisher, according to a statement from Trisha Kukuvka, a spokeswoman for Martin County Sheriff William Snyder. Fisher suffered multiple stab wounds when he tried to intervene before calling 911. But the video, just six seconds long, shows Harrouff walking normally past other diners and a waiter carrying food as he heads toward the door.

The man that Florida deputies said murdered a Florida couple and was found biting off pieces of a man’s face had his own Youtube page with freaky videos.

Harrouff is now hospitalized under heavy sedation, according to CBS 12 News.

On Friday, Harrouff’s family released a statement that read in part: “The Harrouff family expresses their deepest sympathy for the pain and suffering caused by Austin Harrouff”.

The first deputy who arrived at the SE Kokomo Lane home used her stun gun on Harrouff to try to get him off Stevens’ bloody body, investigators said.

The suspect was eventually removed but Mr Stevens was pronounced dead on his driveway, while his wife Michelle Mishcon, 53, was found dead in the garage.

“It is not super important to me what his mindset was”, Stevens told the Sun Sentinel on Thursday.

Snyder said tests for substances in Harrouff’s system may help explain why the student with no history of criminal behavior became extraordinarily violent. “I mean all he’s talking about is how he doesn’t do steroids, do steroids but there’s kind of a loopy dreamy approach to his narrative”, said Miller.

Kyle Larsen, a 20-year-old Jupiter native, said people live in a neighborhood like his because they don’t expect things like this to happen there.

Flakka has virtually disappeared since the Chinese government cracked down on its manufacture previous year, Hall said.

They said they love their son “and know he is not the person some are making him out to be”.

Flakka, nicknamed “gravel”, has recently been banned in the United Kingdom and USA because of the “excited delirium” it causes.

His attorney, Robert Watson, did not immediately return a call and email seeking comment.

His mother called everyone Austin Harrouff would have been going to see, but no one had seen him that night, according to the report.

The Florida State sophomore’s mother told police her son had recently been acting oddly as well. She said initial blood tests were negative for street drugs, like marijuana and cocaine.

He also will face an attempted first-degree murder charge for allegedly stabbing their neighbor, Jeff Fisher, who came to their aid.

He was taken to hospital, where his condition deteriorated on Thursday night and he is unable to speak because of a breathing tube.

The sheriff said Harrouff was growling like an animal and was abnormally strong.
