U.S. Home Prices Rise More Than Expected In October
On a seasonally adjusted basis, the 10-city and 20-city indexes rose 0.8% from September to October. At 0.2 percent, the smallest increases were registered in San Diego, Detroit and Las Vegas.

Couch was wanted by Tarrant County, Texas, authorities for allegedly violating his probation.

And watching the ball drop? When you’re at Olive Garden, you’re family. And wear a nice shirt please: no T-shirts or sneakers allowed. Maybe easy access to a bathroom and an open bar is worth it.

For those who don’t remember, Ethan Couch dodged murder charges in 2013 after killing four pedestrians in a drunk driving accident, arguing that he was not responsible due to his “affluenza”, an invented psychological issue due to his lifestyle of wealth and privilege.

A spokeswoman for the Marine Mammal Center said the seal looked healthy and that it was unknown if it was sick or injured.

Once they return to the U.S., Ethan Couch will appear in front of a juvenile judge and Tanya Couch will be charged with apprehending capture.

Couch’s attorneys, Scott Brown and Reagan Wynn, said in a statement they won’t comment on the case until they speak with their client, which likely won’t happen before Couch reaches the U.S.

The justifiable outrage that followed the ruling had since died down, but after the pampered eighteen-year-old proved that his time in a rehabilitation program was only party preparation, even the Couch apologists must admit that the “affluenza” ridden teen has learned nothing.

Couch and his mother were turned over to Mexico’s immigration authorities because police couldn’t determine whether they were in the country legally, according to a statement from the Jalisco state prosecutor’s office. The teen was serving 10 years probation for intoxication manslaughter, but the pair disappeared earlier this month after video surfaced that purported to show him playing beer pong.

The “affluenza” nickname for the 18 year old came from a psychologist who said during Couch’s trial he was so wealthy and spoiled he could not tell the difference between right and wrong. His parole requires him to avoid alcohol and drugs.

Prosecutors had requested that Couch be sentenced to 20 years behind bars. The condition, which is NOT recognized by the American Psychiatric Association – is HIGHLY controversial as it claims wealthy people suffer from a lack of motivation or feeling of guilt for their actions.

Anderson told NBC News that he believed “the video was the trigger” for Couch and his mother to run. Officials at the time say they didn’t know of his whereabouts and a spokesperson for the Tarrant County District Attorney’s Office says there was no specific indication he tried to cross the border.

Drinking would be considered a violation of Couch’s probation, which if revoked could result in the teen being sentenced to up to 10 years in prison.
